Hi,
First i would try replacing the HDMI cable, i have had things like this happens with a faulty cable being to blame, infact i am waiting for a new hdmi myself as the current one seems to be on it's way out.
I recommend going for a HDMI 2.0 cable if your tv has a HDMI 2.0 port. Also use 'resolution' button on remote and change the resolution to see if it still happens. (just don't change it to a resolution your tv does NOT support or you will get blank screen)
Also is it my eyes or can i see the homescreen background animated as in moving like circles or something? or is it reflection from something moving that can't be seen? on my tv the homescreen it appears still with no movement, just curious.

With Z7+ own settings not possible but with extra tool and script "IPTV Installer" that provider uses when they sale the Boxes. Many people loaded this and changed so many settings without knowledge what they do, result was box with big problems
But back to the roots,we don't want to make the thread off topic -

All fine opasni, background looks nice You didn`t say the Resolution you use but ok. Please test also with smaller resolution like 1080 just to be sure it`s not the cable. I have one cable 2.0 labelled but this does n`t work fine with higher resolutions then 2160/24. With higher resolution comes the same like you have, white dots, black screen etc.
