Looks like an sever fault,
Your "Mac" adress is activeted by your iptv provider? -
Probably the same as this.....
It started working after a serie of reboot of the box -
Yes Mac is active.
Supplier is going to look into it.
I have rebooted the device many times now.
I find the lack of a user's manual quite annoying, I am very good with these types of things but this is so frustrating. -

Ok so basically I'm opening the MYTVONLINE app, going into [lexicon]settings[/lexicon] and entering the url to access the iptv. It rejects it and says to check url or internet connection, both if which are fine. -
is this your first formuler box at your provider?

Can of access the panel to enable this or is it black magic lol... -
I requested a test from a provider who took Mac address and has actuvated it, but that doesn't work either.

thats definetly not the problem right?
maybe try with a VPN .

Managed to get everything loaded in, EPG etc all there, now every channel I try to access it's says "can't play video"...

Important Info for MYTVOnline until ver.1.8.6: MYTVOnline -> [lexicon]Settings[/lexicon] -> HLS Start Mode -> if set "Fast" change to "Normal". We found in this setting some Bug who don`t let you open the Channels. After set to Normal it`s important to reboot the Box and zapp trough few channels until the picture appear.

Sam I can't see where it tells me what version it is...
I assume any upgrade in version is done via a Formuler update and you can't just update the app...

Ok so found version and it's upto date.
Changed setting and it loads channels, bit slow but it does.
Now it's a buffering issue, keeps freezing and loading circle appears, it also buffers if I use the IP function.I have to say I bought this box after rave reviews about it being the all singing all dancing new big thing, but I'm feeling a bit like a field tester rooting out problems.
I will persevere but I'm so frustrated... -

Mark i understand you very well and want to help if i can somehow.
If i zapp trough the channels, they load in 0.4 <->1 sec. I can show you video if you want. What i also saw is URL/provider depend, on one goes all smooth and load without problems and on another to much buffering and no working channels. It`s hard to say from here what the problem could be.
Did you check on your side (Router connection AC power on/off, should be done once per week), lan connection, Firewall etc?
By the way what do you mean with ip function? -
Connections all ok, router seems fine, rebooted everything including my brain. In the DVB section you can load iptv channels and select to view via this option. I reset the android side and it deleted MYTVONLINE, when I re-installed it it worked fine for 5 mins, was as fast as yours, but after 5 mins it started stuttering and buffering as before, its like it is running out of memory. Did a restore to factory [lexicon]settings[/lexicon] and the same happened again.
Is there a way to uninstall apps?
Getting fed up of endlessly searching to find how things work. -

- How is your Box connected Lan or Wlan?
- Did you try to use the Box without VanishIP, directly?App delete: Menu -> All Apps -> Menu -> delete

Wlan.
Tried everything.
Have now run a speed test from the box and download is 1mb, now need to find out why that is and hope that cures it.
Shouldn't need to connect via Lan as that defeats the object of having Wlan... -

1Mbit is to less for normal work and is 100% the reason for loading circles and freezes. I hope you find the reason and please give us some feedback
