  • You can factory reset your device from the menus:

    Home >> Settings (cog wheel icon) >> System >> Factory reset


    After factory reset, do not install any apps except MYTVOnline or Youtube and test to see if the device gets stuck again.

  • If the box does not boot up and show the Formuler logo on the TV screen, please contact your dealer for warranty instructions.

  • Seems like there might be some users in this thread reporting 2 different issues.


    If your box does not turn on after putting it into standby mode, but IT DOES boot normally after power cycling the device, then you are in the right thread.
