    Model: Formuler Z Nano



    Retail Box or Provider Box:


    -Retail Box



    Firmware Version : v2.8.13


    IPTV Version : v1.9.15




    Did you factory reset your device? and when?: yes /no


    Yes, in menu. Dont know if hardware reset is possible and what keys to press...



    Update to IPTV Version : v1.9.43 is not shown in update menu.

    Portal loads repeatedly. Menu "TV Series VOD" not shown.



    What have you tried if anything to rectify the issue?


    -rebooted device

    -factory reset in menu

    -powered off device

    First days it worked. But today sometimes the portal loads repeatedly on start up or restart... so i have to click exit on remote control to cancel connection to get to the menu to load portal manually... then it works...
