  • My EPG stopped populating with channel information all of the sudden. All channels have "no information" as their channel. I've tried clearing EPG data, doing a software reset, factory reset, and reinstall the MYTVOnline app. I've also tried hardwired and wifi connections. How can I fix this?

Is your portal activated via mac adress or m3u playlist?

  • Same here. EPG just vanished. Tested: IPTV plus EPG with the same URL and login work fine on a range of appliances and apps. Also on Perfect Player on Formuler 7+. The only app where the EPG does not work, is MOL. Worked perfectly before, now getting the notification 'cannot load EPG data", also a noticable change in startup time. No change in IPTV supplier, URL's or anything. Firmware version v1.2.28. IPTV version v1.9.43

  • Change EPG Mode to UTC in settings.

Epg seems fine on latest beta update, let epg settle in background for a while and see if ok.

  • Changed EPG mode to UTC....makes no difference.

Tried *****instead of *****and the EPG works fine. Problem is that I much prefer *****!!!

Have used the M3U route with seperate URL for the EPG but the functions are not so good as with a registered MAC address

The big selling point for me was the positive reviews about Formuler Z7 and MOL being built for the unit.

Any chance of MOL being adapted to the new *****portal?

  • Thanks for the comments.

    Changed the portal to ://mag.*****...

EPG now populating with the odd exception.

So will be able to stay with *****

Edited once, last by SAM: Read Forum Rules! No portal names please! ().

  • *****needs to use the new mag.*****.tv address, you need to set UTC in the settings, and you need to clear EPG data in settings. You should also login to the *****web portal and choose your groups in the settings, as those are now being used in the Mag portal.

Groups selection used to be available through the web portal, but no longer... not sure why?

Mind you, the only ***** web portal I know of is minihosts, so perhaps there's another that still has groups editing... which would be great, as there are a lot I'd like to remove!

  • I also no longer have an EPG.

I use the Mac/mag box style set up.

Is there a fix for this? Already deleted and reinstalled mytvonline. Changed to utc etc and makes no difference.
