  • My IPTV supplier adviced me to logout from my app and log back in in order to reload the TV stations. I use MyTVOnline. Looked everywhere but I cannot seem to find this option. Anyone any idea how to solve this?

    Exit from MYTVOnline and then start MYTVOnline. This will refresh the channel list.

  • When you start MYTVOnline and see the "Connecting to..." message on-screen, that is where the channel list is downloaded from the portal.


    This sounds like an issue on the portal provider's side.


    Another way to be sure it isn't something with MYTVOnline is to uninstall MYTVOnline and reinstall it.

    If the lineup is the same after you re-installed the app, then contact your provider again.
