  • I only have one HDMI on the TV so I use a HDMI switch which work with all other components. I also tried different HDMI cables but still no go.

  • Im in Canada, with same problem (dreamlink t1 plus) with no support, bought less than a year ago. Tried all kinds of solutions.I bought off ebay, seller says, No warranty and contact formuler .. These boxes are junk ...

    Please connect your Z7+ directly to your TV without HDMI Switch and check if you get Signal. If not, use this instruction.

    Troubleshoot "No Signal" or "Invalid Signal" on TV

    Check the steps below to resolve "No Signal" or "Invalid Signal" displayed on your TV:

    • Check the HDMI cable connection at the device and TV
    • Select the correct Input on the TV

    Check the supported resolutions on your TV.

    Your Formuler device might be set to an incompatible HDMI output mode.

    1. Turn ON the TV
    2. Pull the power from your Formuler device.
    3. Plug power back into the Formuler device.
    4. Wait at least 2 minutes for the box to boot up.
    5. Press the Resolution button on your Formuler remote
    6. Wait 5 seconds.
    7. Does the picture appear on the TV screen?
    8. If not, Press the Resolution button twice
    9. Wait 5 seconds
    10. Does the picture appear on the TV screen?
    11. If not, Press the Resolution button THREE times
    12. Repeat as necessary.

    If you get now Signal, then connect again the HDMI Switch. If this not work again with connected HDMI Switch, then is there some incompatibility between HDMI Switch and the box.

  • yes.. Ive been trying for 2 weeks now(when not at work). Plugged back in another android box I have for streaming, for now. Two green lights are always on ..no matter what hdmi cable used and I have a few kicking around. Started a few weeks ago when returning home after being gone a few days (hunting). Box was great for iptv...but not now... Thanks for your help

    I tried all that and still no go. I also tried it on other TV's and still nothing, Any more ideas?

  • manufacturer says contact seller for warranty.. seller says contact manufacturer.. looks like I have a $140 canadian dollar paper weight.. Are these boxes hackable ...jtag...usb to serial...

  • Ok, if you both tried all written and still no Signal, then you have to use your right and use the guarantee. In this case is the seller the first address and he know very well where to send the unit for repair or change. If he still refuse then it`s very bad seller :rolleyes: I don`t know how the law and rights in Canada are but should be same like in other country's and seller must take the unit and proceed for repair.
