If you get the info "It replies with a message saying the MAC is already registered" then is something wrong on portal side. You need to contact them and clear this. With registered mac on new portal should connect work if all settings done right on their side.
I found something interesting and it looks like in the connection area where you include your M3U or portal, the portal Nickname should be different like in the url. I think many people use the provider name that is also in the url included. Just give your portal nickname something like " 12345678" or similar and no i`m not kidding, test then.
I think you also can't have 2 portals with the same name.
I purchased the Z8 and updated my MAC with the provider... bad news since then.
Did you provide the ID to your provider or the MAC?
You should provide the ID that begins with 00 1a 79 to your provider.

Its for New people also difficult to give the right mac adress.
The most new people give the mac because you must give the macadress.
Theu think they do it good but they must give the id.
Maby an idea to delete the id en only show mac in settings withbthe right mac?

Interetsingly,I have 2 Z8 boxes on my 2 Android Tvs and one is working fine while the MyTvOnline2 app on the other has been acting up

I have 2 Z8 boxes. Interestingly,the app on one box is streaming channels while the one on the other box is not. My IPTV guy tells me that their server does not block the IP addresses.What could be the problem then?
First you have to tell us what kind ob subscription do you use on this two boxes, two different, same on both boxes, Portal, XC, M3U. Give us details to understand what happens exactly on your second box.

Yes, mol2 gets data much faster from the provider.
And if the providers security to high?
Then it will block your ip
Code 7 is an multiple error used for:
No internet
Blocking ip
No subscription (in mine case )
Etc ?

No internet and Blocking ip from ISP could be also reasons for this error, like Lucky wrote.

I am new to Formuler. Just bought a Z8 to replace the M*G351 which I got and found to be absolute crap.
I got the M*G 351 to replace an old M*G254.
The issues I am having now are the same as others with the code 7
I am unable to load a portal that worked on the M*G351 even though my provider has changed the Mac address to the Z8.
I am however able to load another portal that I have a trial with.
I have 3 portals that are available to me at the moment, and only one will load.
The other 2 give me the code 7 error.
How can I fix this as I know it is not an ISP issue as they worked on the M*G
Try to connect with XC Api and login instead of Mac, then you don't need the mac address. Works for me same like mac and i see xc api in future few steps before mac/portal.
XC api....is that already on the Z8 and if so, where do I find it?

Didn’t do or touch anything, box just locked up, had to reset and now won’t connect to my provider and just giving code 7 error..
Not a provider issue, wife using same provider downstairs, kids using sane provider in their bedroom..all fine on both m*g boxes.
I’ve reset everything from scratch, still the same, will not connect to my provider..gets to 10% and bombs out ?

Did you try to connect with XC instead of Portal? Works on some servers better then portal connection.

My portal was working fine for months, now is giving me code 7 in mytv on line2, i have internet and my provider has the MAC id ok. Can anyone help? I only want do use portal, i dont want to use m3u.
The service could be down. Did you talk to your service provider?
The service could be blocked by your ISP. Did you try a VPN?
Put the portal URL into a PC web browser that is on the same local network as your Z8 to see if it loads.
If it loads correctly, you will see a blue screen that says "Unsupported Device" or "STB blocked"
If the portal URL doesn't load in your web browser, it means the service is down or your ISP blocked the service.
This happens all the the time with me with portal being blocked by by my IPTV provider and I have to get him to unblock my IP. This is a issue the Formuler is causing with some IPTV providers. This does not happen when using Apk's like IPTV Smarters Pro. It may work for like a couple of hours then error code 7. I can either contact IPTV provider or it comes good after about 30 to 60min
