  • Hi,

I am french and i don't speak english very well

    So

I start MOL manually but I get the error that flashes on screen for a second CHANNEL_LIST_EMPTY.

    Can you help me please.

my provider confirms to me that the problem does not come from hhim

    Help me please.

  • Olympus, have you solved the problem? I have the same problem here, my m3u works with perfect player app or another app but my online tv says channel list empty, somebody else that solved the problem?

  • Check if your line works on another device or app, just to be 100% sure that it's not from providers side.

Mevi, i have the same problem as Olympus. if i put my m3u link in my tv online it says channel list empty. With different another apps it works fine(perfect player,..) i got a m3u_plus in my link and with my online tv is that a problem, if i delete _plus from my link it opens all channels but not the groups. With another app it works fine and all groups can open. I think the problem is in the my online tv app

Did you try to connect with xc api url:

    example http://tv.server.com + user/pass

    or Mac adress?

  • so go to add a new portal, but make sure to click portal and not playlist. For URL you need to use your existing M3U URL, BUT, it needs to be shortened. If your URL has numbers in it, you will likely cut off everything after the numbers (you maybe need to add a '/' after the numbers), or if your URL has a '.com' in it, end your URL after the .com.

and then say YES to 'login required?' and for username & password, use your username and password you currently use within your long M3U Playlist & EPG URLs

If you're unsure about the URL, paste it here but 'x-out' the username and password, along with some of the key server name characters. Examples of urls which work for me are like:

(So when you type in your URL, stop after the ':80/')

Note you may need to click on link above and view full URL in browser because I'm struggling to make the above URL a plain text and not a hyperlink

    Make sense?
