I guess you have internet connection issue. You use IPV6, did you test to turn on and off IPV6 in Settings? Please test.

My box says it's connected in the configurations, but it shows an exclamation point (!).
nevertheless now EPG are not working.
Try set the EPG Mode to "UTC" in the portal edit menu.
Hello same problem with formuler 7.I suddenly had a black screen on all the channels, and since then, I'm stuck at "connecting to iplaytv" and it's not loading since the last update. I'm not sure what to do

Been having the same problem all Day & Night.
Would not connect to my Internet also.
Just done a complete Factory Reset, sadly had to rebuild all my VPN apps etc.
Put my portal server back on and waited about 15mins plus.
All OK now...
