play my own movie from the m3u file in mytv online 2

hi guys will hear if anyone can help me

I would like to see my own movie fre a m3u file

I've made a web server and put some movies in there

ard is

http://192.168.0.101:2100/movie1.mkv?static=1

or

http://127.0.0.1:2100/movie2.mp4?static=1

with when I put them into my m3u file and try playing them

in kodi or mytv online2 they don't work

does anyone know how to do it
