Is VPN the reason why your provider connection not work? Just test without vpn.
If you have all the time exlamation mark then is something with your internet connection wrong. Restart your router and try other conn. Wifi<> Ethernet.
When i have that bug with the exclamation mark.
I just unplug the cable wait 5 seconds and plug it again.
i've already reported in previous versions but they never find whats the cause, but it does not happend to me a while ago
That Z8 can sometimes (Not often) drop internet connection however to stop this happening to me, I changed network settings from DHCP to static and it hasn’t done it since.
Have you unplugged the the box from the power supply? This may help with your problem. But you may need to leave it for a while, 1 hour. Then plug it back in and see what happens.
How do you do Static, I have seen in the settings on my Z8 but do not know how to do...
What are you using to connect with Portal? Registered MAC/ID Portal, XC Api Portal or m3u playlist? Did you try to use other than the current one?

Ok, with MAC/ID you can not do so much wrong but you have to know some things.
1. Stalker sub. disconnects the client after 3 hours if this is not watching IPTV (idle), you need to disconnect once and connect to watch again. I think this is your issue. If you want to use IPTV all the time without such "Playback Limit" (shown in settings from Mol2) you have to switch to XC Api Portal or m3u Playlist.
2. If you connect with your sub. and the channel lists are instantly after connect loaded but all channels are black, then is this provider issue, no matter what the provider say.
3. To be sure, did you restarted your Router? Black Channel can also occur if your box loose connection for few sec. and the stream stops to work.
Please read written all carefully and tell me what matches exactly.

Sorry to jump in on the tread, but i had the exact same problem after the last firmware update. I conect to a provider by Mac Adress and since the update im having a lot of problems with my streams.
1- before the update everithing was perfect.
2- after upgrade imediatly Chanel list but Black screen. Contacted the provider and he said nothing was wrong but he did something and the chanels came back.
3- after that i get a lot of buffer and the randoms disconects.
4- Nothing changed same Internet same vpn, same problems by cable, Wi-Fi and no vpn.
5-Whit my older 30€ box i have no problem conecting to the provider.
6- I cant understand whow Is not possible to roll back a firmware Is Just insane that i do a factory reset and you keep the same firmware.
7-Whit the old firmware the chanels changed imediatly perfect experience.
Sorry for the long post but im realy pissed whit all this situation, this os not a cheap iptv box. Please fix a way of reverting the firmware.
