The TV screen becomes blue. The LED light on the Z8 is flashing red/green during the initial phase and then just green.
LED light say us the box rebooted and started the launcher. Can you upload screenshot from your blue screen?
Check also your HDMI Cable if connected properly (Box and TV), second hold resolution button for at least few seconds and few times to see if something change.
Make sure that it's working fine with another device.
You paired it but didn't work? or you even could not pair it?

The normal pairing process don't work anymore "maybe i do it wrong "

-> The Formuler advice recognize the controller

only this way works by me:
-> Search for Bluetooth advice
-> Push "PS Button + Share + L2" (than the light blinks faster than normal on the Controller)

No, after the Pairing the PS4 controller goes OFF (but there is no failure mesage or something like that)

Make sure you have the corresponding CEC settings enabled on your TV (from the TV's settings menu)

Can you please provide an example of this? I have been able to access my NAS drive using Kodi before this update. What apps can be used now? I am currently using a WD MyCloud and it works fine with MTO2.

it will be visible by default without having to re-map from inside whatever app.
For example any file manager, Mx player, or any media player
A little bug in recordings: when you have 2 or more the same day and you click for example on the second recording (to erase it), the "cursor" always moves to the first recording. You have to move to the recording you want to check.
i still have problems with cloud time shift not going to the begging of a game(mac conection) it shows another one
I was hoping this update would fix the issue with the provider 8000/c issue but I’m still unable to use this provider. Has anyone been able to use this URL 8000

Hello, I have the same problem as some of the others in the group. after the last update, the z8 did not start up and only a black screen can be seen. Factory settings have been tried but does not work. has someone already had success with the problem? thx

What exactly doesn`t work, factory reset is not done successful (with fresh setup) or after factory reset does the black screen appear again?

I tried the factory reset, the power cord disconnected, red button and key 1. then the z8 logo is displayed for about 1 second, but after that everything was black again

Tested and the cloud timeshift starts at the beginning of the current program. Can not reproduce your issue.

Tested but was not able to reproduce reported. Done 4 recordings, gone to Recordings, long press on second , shows all four recordings for check and still marked is the one i did choose with long Ok press. Can not see any issues, marked stay marked.
Btw: What do you mean with cursor, mouse cursor or marked?
I tried often now, but the z8 logo does not appear again only black screen. When i hold the "resolution" button some seconds, the z8 sometimes turns off and the red light is on.
