My dad didnt install the update from july 1st and everything works fine with his system

- Press the "RED" button on the remote
- Download and install the available BETA software

I heard from @formuler montreal from facebook that the issue is linked to mytvonline version 1 which is no longer supported. Only mytvonline 2 will be supported. Is that true Jennie? Cause that means the issue will not be resolved

The issue has been fixed on the latest beta hotfix yesterday.
please follow the instruction below and let me know the result.
- Open the Software Update app
- Press 0227 on the remote
- Press the "RED" button on the remote
- Download and install the available BETA software
