Thanks,for the referal to the article about converting your portalURL in M3U format. I tried it out several times, but each time a code 7 came up. So I contacted my provider and it appears the server I am on, can either give me m3u line with user and pass,or portal line.
The server I was on before can be used with portal and m3u at the same time (not at the same time on 2 devices), so this lead to some confusion on my part! But anyway, thanks for the support.
