z10 pro and pro max code 3 on config

getting error code 3 pop up a lot on a fair few boxes mainly z10 pro and pro max

this is when tryint to log in portals and portals are auto applied via the config (green,red,yellow,blue)

anyone know why and got a fix

Removal of USB containing m3u file before a successful connection is made at least once

After connecting once, m3u file gets saved

it’s not via a usb file it’s via config and putting code in
