Hi all,
While watching a movie last night, I noticed the light at the front of my box was flashing.... Similar to how it flashes when I use the remote. It did not stop flashing, and it has become basically unresponsive.
I discovered that is I rapidly hit a button on my remote, I get an input response. By doing so, and being patient, I was able to do a factory reset. Then, I swapped remotes (taking the batteries out of the old one) and still have the same problem.
I am at a loss. The box is less than a year old, has always worked amazingly, but now is completely useless.
Thoughts and recommendations???
