I shake my remote and can hear the batteries inside bounce around like crazy they are not properly touching the connectors, i suspect it must be a production error not a fake remote.
Most of the time the remote works fine so i am not bothered much by it but i had to mention it here that this can happen because other people might also experience this and that is why the remote sometimes wont work, now people know this can happen and check for themselfs.

but maby is it a new version yes.

I have both IR remote,with and without v2,but can not remember which one came with z10 and z11 respectively,but the remote on picture doesnt seem fake.

Maybe you're not using the right size batteries

or bought later?
Was originally bought in the box with the box, I just don't remember which one, only the BT-1 was bought separately
