I have problem, after last update i don't have sound.
I change cable hdmi, also port hdmi, i do factory reset, new audio optymizer download.
Aslo no soud of netflix, YouTube.

Try this
Settings - Device preferences - Sound - Select formats - change between Auto and None.

did you ensure the volume level on the unit is all up(100%)?

also tv sound check with your tv remote!

1. sometimes power cycle can help, remove both power and hdmi and reconnect after 30seconds.
2. Enable volume leveling on the tv and disable virtual surround on the tv if enabled.
3. if you have any accessories connected to the box, remove them and restart unit, then test.
4. try using a usb audio device or bluetooth speaker/headset to test.

If new cable , other hdmi port and even factory reset and install of audioptimizer didnt help in scenario with direct connection to TV, then is something wrong with Audiochip on Box or settings on TV.
Take your box and connect to other TV (friend) or PC Monitor, check if there is sound then you will know more.

with some tv you have to set the audio from raw bitstream to stereo and disable virtual surround sound.
there was a user situation where having the tv on raw bitstream was making the audio low and it was sounding weird.
as mentioned in the above post do further checks else it could be a hardware problem.

I also have the same problem since the last update. I did everything i read here and no sound from the tv.
After starting the iptv app i went to options and in the option player optiones i changed the setting auto frame rate (AFR). Now i have sound in that app, but not in other apps. I have a Formuler Pro z10.
I have sound, but not on the usual settings. There must be somtthing with the update. My Neighbours Formuler has the same problem om my tv. On another tv my Formuler works normal. It is not normal that it works in the app when the settings change the way i said.
