Cumulative BETA Software Update - FW 11.2.5 and MOL 3 11.2.13 for Formuler Z11 Series released.

Did the update,first impression epg under guide button, 1 day ahead and one day back (XC),under previous update i had epg 4-5 days ahead and 1 day back,then no information!

clear the epg data, cache and do refresh

after big changes sometimes you have to do that to resolve data issues.

still no fix for us that use the xc api portal no info no epg

First impression after short test:

- EPG still not improved (some provider ok for a few days back and a few days forward, some provider only 1 day back and 1 day forward, some provider no EPG at all). Provider with offset -2 hours, still: Guide-EPG ok and single_EPG 2 hours behind. Did clear and refresh EPG.

- IMDB: no improvements, only now on the provider where all was ok, there are no pics on the cast on series (but ok on movies) ; other provider: nothing (movies & vods) ; other provider: only short info (so no image, preview, media, cast).

The following issues still haven't been fixed on this beta:

- 404 error (losing connection of a provider after manual content update) (imho started with earlier beta)

- Sound issue (after a few seconds: out of sync. of 0,3 seconds on certain channels, vods and series) with Dolby 5.1

I'm pleased there are still improvements, and hopefully the issues above can be fixed shortly.

Did as you suggested,i still have only 24 hours back and 24 hours ahead of epg under the guide button.

Note worthy the single view epg has increased to 8 days.

After new update my box changes menu language every time i reboot to portugise

this beta focuss was on the stalker epg improvement according to the fixes.

the feedback is important so the dev can hopefully improve the epg in the final release for both xc and mac.

Lil funny still no dolby true hd support. Z8 line z10 line all support it new z11 no come on

I’ve always had 7 days epg back and forward after this update only 4 forward

I have my offset for epg set to -2 hours.

The program info on the infobar and in the epg is correct now but: not in multiday epg.

Over there it seems that the offset gets added twice.

If anyone is interested, yesterday i've updated (did backup before -Thank god), then opened mol3 and every channel was in replay mode after 1 min or so, refreshed portal, content update, epg update and same behavior. Then when night football matches were in half- time i very quickly reset everything, started from scratch, installed every app - MOL3 included (yes, needed to go to software update, insert 1339 again and install BETA MOL3, otherwise it would install old version), vpn included, disabled DNS in formuler settings, chose open vpn UDP mode, restored backup in MOL3, updated content and EPG data and things got stable, no network errors last night. Will test more this entire afternoon, specially at night because that's when sh#t starts...LOL

I Try the alternate guide, I'm with Stalker and so far so good, the guide is back like the z10.

but the time is still wrong

EPG switching to alternate EPG Mode when accessing portal mode via content manager works for me. Full EPG like I had on my Z8 pro.

Some important INFO. My language was set on system in Mytvonline3 so everything was in french. I had to switch to english language to find the ALTERNATE option in EPG.

Also my EPG is not working properly but this is at this moment mainly on the provider site.

They are doing a huge update and therfore EPG can be different everyday.

They have been working on it for a week now and still working on it.

Just want to point out that it is important to have contact with the provider site before jumping conclusions testing the new beta release.

Maybe this is of help when solving your personal EPG issues.

Unbelievable. Exact same problem with guide epg being 24hrs 🤦‍♂️ no change & STILL no Record & remind function back in single epg which i think virtually every single person was asking back! If that wasn’t taken off then we wouldn’t have this 24hr guide epg problem because we still could use the 7 day single epg guide to set timer/future recordings. So yet still another long wait until maybe these (2) big issues get a fix. If ever.

It’s not a fix exactly but have you considered using the likes of IPTVEditor? I use it as I’m quite OCD and need my channels hoe I want them but they also have far better epg than providers tend to have (7-10 days for like all channels). Anyway, to my point, I have no issues when adding my portal from IPTVEDITOR. I have a full week of EPG as show in the image.

Language was set on "system" which, as far as i understood the settings, refers to my android settings as to say French language. I never changed it. It's only to better find another setting that I switched MyTvonline3 language to english. Looking at my portal settings I found the alternate mode in EPG. This mode didn't show when my settings were in French.

The EPG is now working. And it's my fault if it didn't work before. I had everything set, except a thing that I discovered the day before yesterday. It is possible to adjust the time difference of the EPG separately.

And that did it.

Upgraded from previous beta to this one. Using alternate guide, populated at least 72 hours in advance, working very well. My issues have been audio related but I'm convinced its something with my Denon receiver. Thanks for this release !

Before this beta i had no Epg on my formuler z11 pro max and I have installed the Beta yesterday and the EPG is working for me again hoop this funtion wil also be add to XC .

When are we going to get the main update for Z11 (not the beta) I think the last main update was in February 2023

Better improvement over previous beta update using alternate epg but search function from live tv still doesnt work very good, ie: can't find any tv series or in vod doesnt find many tv series or movies. Anyone else having these issues ? Also the EPG now works much better with 3 days prior / after listings and plays easily with timeshift. Like i said better improvement but work still to do on the "Search Functions" .
