I have a z11 pro that will not boot up. The red light is solid. If I try to do the manual reset, the red light will blink a few times but never past this stage. I tried a different adapter, HDMI , even TV. I also placed a ticket several days ago and haven't got a response from the help desk. I have also tried the manuel reset from the video. This is a new unit. Is there anything else I can try . Thanks in advance

Hello,
Since this is new unit, please contact your seller for replace. Your error description points to faulty power supply but it could also be possible that the bootloader doesn`t work properly, therefore red light all the time. Contact seller and let the unit replace.
