How can I transfer/copy an apk file that I have downloaded to my Z10 box to a USB stick or Windows laptop?
Will a USB to USB cable transfer work?

Sorry but you can put an usb in tour z10 box right? And then copy the apk to te usb?
If that is not possible, download the app Filemanager plus. (https://play.google.com/store/apps/det…tor.filemanager). Via that app its possible to copy to usb, nas etc.

Do Formuler devices no longer off Samba for network access?
Samba server is not natively available on newer Formuler devices (it was available in Z8 series devices.)
The developers will look into re-adding this in the future if possible.
In the meantime you can start a Samba server on your Formuler using a 3rd-party app like "TV File Commander"
In the "TV File Commander" app start the "PC File Transfer"
