Ask provider to change your sub to xtream codes.
Then you get a url, username and a password.
Try it with that please.

my provider only does stalker portal

Check your date, GMT and clock in Android settings. Try with manually setting of data, then disconnect your portal in MOL3 content manager, reboot the box and activate portal again. Test again.

yes it's the same server on the z8 I don't have this problem it's only on the z11 pro max

- Is your date, time and GMT+ correct?
- Did factory reset or reinstalled MOL3?
