BETA Software Update for Formuler Z11 Series and Z mini devices.

MYTVOnline 3 Version : 12.1.12 BETA

WARNING:

Software cannot be rolled back after installation.

If serious errors occur, please do factory reset.

Please keep in mind, this is Beta and could have also bugs or act unstable, it is for testing and not for productive use 24h with the box.

If you don`t want to test, please wait until official comes out. No Forum support in other threads if beta in use, beta issues should be discussed only in this thread.

HowTo Install:

Home Menu -> Software Update -> press "1339" -> Red Icon and Beta Test SW appear (right corner) -> Press Red Button -> Firmware and Software are now shown, press "OK" button for install.

The install process and reboot works automatically! Please don`t turn off the box or plug out the power supply, could damage the box. The reboot after update needs always much longer than usual, please be patient and let the box finish the install. If necessary reboot later once again.

MOL 3 v. 12.1.10 BETA discussions only in this thread here! Other open threads with Beta issues will be deleted instantly!

We need to collect data and feedback's on one place, thank you for your understanding.

Change Log:

MYTVOnline 3 Version : 12.1.12 BETA

New : Sports Game Day
- You can access Game Day feature from the main MYTVOnline 3 menu
Fix : Initialisation exception error on certain channels
Fix : Timeshift playback fails with a negative audio sync value
Bug fixes, optimizations, and performance enhancements

New option "Game Day" for our Sport fans:

It basically finds sports matches, and also provides live updates on scores and player stats. Only soccer and baseball are included in this update.

With future updates will come more spots like the NFL, NBA and Cricket.. etc. It is planed to expand in future.

Please only postings in this thread from those who have chosen to install the beta and want to provide constructive feedback on the beta software.

It basically finds sports matches, and also provides live updates on scores and player stats. Install and check it on weekend when soccer games are playing, you should for now get only live updates on scores and player stats. This is just beginning and it will in future become more and more options.

Offtopic: USB stick connected with Box and in launcher settings you change the save path from internal to USB stick. Now you press record button for two sek. and the box will make screenshot, in same named folder on Stick you can find later your screenshots. Stick into PC and upload needed pic into thread.

hi guys

- Not sure if it's because of this new Beta, but a few hours after installing and trying to startup from standby: 1st time: frontlight went out, after a few attempts with the BT-remote (kept pushing for about 15 sec), light went red and I could restart ; 2nd time: frontlight stayed red and restarted after pushing again for about 10-15 sec. on the BT-remote. Could be coincidence, but didn't have this this for several months now.

- Couldn't check my recordings yet

- About the 'Game Day', curiuous what will come next, but looking forward to that.

TIP: FYI (I hope it's allowed, if not just remove please): for those who are looking for channels for speficic matches: I've been checking whats 'live on sat dot com' for years now, relatively correct and complete.

I like the game feature and for me it just needs highlights from youtube or finding it in EPG maybe? (that's harder but achievable)

Yes, 2.1.11 but they told that this Beta could have more version. Found Bugs or optimisation in Game Day will be fixed instantly, before official comes out.

After beta update is the vpn key icon gone.

Normally the "key icon" appears under the time in right corner. But its gone now.

I uninstalled nordvpn and installed it again. But still the same.

More users have this?

Yes ofcourse. Uninstalled, rebooted. Installed nordvpn. Make connection with vpn. No key.

Rebooted etc.

Gonna find out whats wrong.

I had last week an update of nordvpn, maby is that the problem.

I use Nord and can confirm after installing latest Beta update the key is still present.

Hey,Lucky133,what do you actually mean by "key icon".

Is it present on ethernet connection?,as i only use wifi and the vpn active is shown by a little circle in the left top of the wifi signal,after pressing info button.

Yes in mytvonline3 its in right corner yes.

For me ethernet icon with key.

Bit i mean on the desktop were all the app are. In the right corner you see the time. Under the time should also be a key icon to confirm vpn connection. Its gone at my side.

I see it only in mytvonline3 bit not on the desktop anymore.

Hello fooks,

Its back.

What did i do?

I removed from split tunneling the app media browser.

Restarted device and bow it shows the key icon again under the time on the desktop.

But i cant explain why media browser app and the key icon has to do with each other. But its back jow. Solved.

Edit: Got it (re)working. Had to uninstall and update it from Google Store
