Hi everybody,
I just bought a Z11 Pro max and i configured the remote to work via bluetooth.
The problem is when i switch off the Z11, the remote doesn't stay configurate as bluetooth ... (only IR). Do you have any solution ?

Hi,
When it is pair and i switch out the box, if i try to switch on the light is orange and not white
The BT will disconnect when the device is turned off.
When you turn it back on via IR, the BT should connect automatically.

dont power off , use standby

you could get a remote/smart plug to turn it off at the wall and set the box power mode to to power off, then when you power on the plug your box will start up.
