All I look at is the Formuler and 4 coloured balls bouncing around for hours tried leaving it unplugged for over 15 minutes same thing fails to boot worked fine for 1 week then this

Please disconnect everything from the box,usb and ethernet, disconnect power and connect again. Check if the box load to home menu. If not, do factory reset.

OK I got it fixed have to by unplugging power holding down reset button located in bottom of IR inlet plug back in power than after logo disappears release reset button to bring up menu for factory reset and it worked

My friend had it alsonoen time.
A usb stick was the problem then. He unplugged the usb and it booted up
