I have the same experience,after testing for baseball game,in the end ,i found a channel were the game was on,it took quite a long time for the channel search (long time spinning circle).It was on a channel i did not know i had it,whereas on a channel i definetely have on one of my two providers the search came up negative.
Overall,it seems to work slower than the initial Game Day,on its introduction,but its perfect for now!

Little addition: after the new update I have again problems now and then to startup from standby. After startup sometimes the white light flashes up and then the light goes out. Sometimes keep pushing the on button on the bt remote for about 20 seconds or so restarts. Sometimes I need to cut the powersupply to restart. This was ok before the last official update and with the beta. Can anyone conform, or just coincidence and bad luck?

Everything works on my end in GameDay but sometimes i get weird behaviour which i guess it's the memory overload or something weird but sometimes when it occurs my favourites disappear, tv grouping disappears, gameday also sends me off the app, then i force stop MOL and clean cache and when i open it again it works fine.
This usually happens when i do many things at once inside the app very quickly, like content update and changing channels (zapping mode) or entering gameday/tvs shows/VOD while content is updating.
But we are limited to the hardware provided and even the z11 pro max beast has this realtek rtd1319c SOC with 4xcortex-a55 at 1,5GHZ, it's very capped, not like S905x4 for example from amlogic which uses the same 4xcortex A55 but at 2.1GHZ. That's a huge difference in performance. 4GB of RAM helps but it's not like having 4GB of RAM with S905x4 for example, even 2GB of RAM with S905x4 has better performance.
Are you able to reproduce the issue?
If so, please send the logs after reproducing, and let me know the tracking number.
Unfortunately once again an update for z11 and the time shift still not fixed. When i turn on z11 from standby in the morning the unit does a content refresh. Once finished the timeshift will show 00:00 when trying to use the timeshift.
It's necessary to turn off the z11 and back on to resume use of timeshift every time after content refresh. Please fix

After one hour i put my tv on, and the the z11 pro max but it start normal from standby. Direct white light and on the homescreen.
When i open mol3 it starts direct.
So here nothing wrong.

Are you able to reproduce the issue?

It didn't happen again, normally happens when testing beta updates but whenever happens again i'll send the logs.

The new MOL3 update is temporarily taken down in order to fix a bug. The new version will be available again within the next 48 hours

No complaints about the update,huge sportsfan and now i only get:failed to load data in game day.

I did test and this is what I get, if I search for football matches in Netherlands on saterday 19 oct.
But as I say, I don't use Game Day.

Why can't you change the sorting mode so they stay where I want it on last uploaded. Every time you turn it off, it goes back to default.

Have you checked again today? For me it works the same as RonaldJan posted which appears correct.
Hopefully yours works and if not maybe uninstall and reinstall MTOL?

Maybe you did the first upgrade, which was pulled back for an error, and later relaunched as SAM did mention.
I did the upgrade after the error was removed.
Maybe you can check that

Good tip,adrilang,uninstalling MTOL3 and reinstalling did the trick,it now works like it should.I noted that while doing this a software update was in notifications,which disappeared after reinstalling MTOL3!

Is your guide correct on you z11?

Yes EPG is perfect.... This is not a Catch-Up issue it is pausing or rewind live TV.
I'm not sure how it works on GTV or MOL2, but on MOL3 you need to enable timeshift in settings and set a usb or network drive for it. It works. Or click ok while in channel and go right,then search for the live stream you want to watch, it will start from the beginning but you can scroll between the beginning and the live timestamp which is always rising, but i understand it would be better to have it in the live channel and go back as we intended without timeshifting for a drive.

Please check if you have selected to correct Timeshift Storage Location.
I have a Formuler Z11 Pro Max and latest updates.
On only one TV channel I get a text in the upper edge that is not found on other channels. See attached picture.
I have other apps directly on my TV and it is not there if I watch the same channel. It only comes up on the Formuler, now I want to know what it is.
I dont know about the clock,but the picture is "Pippi Langstrumpf", a Swedish icon from Astrid Lindgren.
Is it a regular channel or a 24/7 channel?
Is the clock there on Tivimate?
Do you have "Teletext" on your tv set?

Hi,i had similar issues when i used USB stick for recording,it was caused by errors on USB stick (you can check for errors with Rufus tool)
Reformatting the USB helped for a while,the final solution was to buy a 1 TB recording device(ssd or hdd),prices range from 30-60 euro,much better than USB,esp. the cheap kind

I've given you everything you need and I have no idea what or why it's not working for you. the strange thing is that when I sent Staff links to fix the Z10 Pro Max it was working and had the appropriate fixes.
P/s I added you to Conversations where the fixes for the Z10 Pro Max have been made.

I dont use gameday too. But the most are happy with it.
Had freezing sometimes yes, but its my provider, cause they have maintenance for 3 weeks now.
I understand the claims about GameDay and if in fact is affecting stability which causes freezes i recommend to formuler devs to put GameDay as an option to enable/disable. Now if it's enbaled by default or not is irrelevant.
But only if it's the cause of this new "freezings".
