I wanted to clear everyting on my z7 so i did a factoryreset. No i cant even open mytvonline. It says something about "iptv info error (network)(-1)" in update. I have tried wifi and cable. I can access Google play however and download other apps. the marketapp doesn't connect to internet
What happened?

LOL, he asked about Z7 and not Z10/11 
Your box doesn`t have full Internet connection (see red text in DL App), check this first with YouTube app and if VPN activates , deactivate first.
The box shows this error only when the Box have no internet or the server is blocked from ISP, then you can use VPN App to bypass.

After reboot it should auto update after some minutes. Then you can use update again and install mytvonline.
I'm gonna factory reset my z7 5g today.
I dont use it so i can test it myself.
I let you know in this message if i got the same message and if my z7 5G will auto update the software updater.

After factory reset i see direct software update app and newest iptv version 2.0.18 to download.
and 2 little text popups with "market start install" and "market updatet"✅️
Im connected with lan cable. After setup device direct the message, so everything good at my side.
Device: Z7 5G.
Test complete✅️ and everything works fine✅️

I didn't tried it with wifi.
I connected lan cable.
Factory reset and setup and after setup it installs direct.
I can try the factory reset with wifi and a factory reset without lan cable connected.
and after setup i connect lan cable and have a look what happen. Im gonna test it.

Now i connected only hdmi and power.l om my z7 5g. (So no lan cable!)
I started device and did directly factory reset via system menu.
Setup language to english, skip wifi, etcetera
After setup ofcourse update screen with update error/no internet.
I let the software update on screen and put in lan cable.
After 20 seconds software update closed itself.
When i started it again i see new update availeble🤷🏻♂️😃
Sow its working here with lan cable plugged in after reset.
Wifi i dont try.

I go to cogwheel in right upper corner, then click on system in almost left corner (next to update button), and then i do the system reset. (NOT software reset!!)
Try at setup the language set to english first like i do. Then you follow al the steps like i do.

I have it fixed by Pjuro. I have also a z7.
I backed dupthe software updater apk and market apk. With a special app.
And i sent it to him by pm.
I have the same problem with my 7Z+ 5G. After factory reset update won't run. Firmware Version is V1.3.10.
