Please check your inbox.
If you're using wifi, temporarilly connect your device to Ethernet.
Turn off the power to your device. Wait 10 seconds.
Turn on the power to your device. Let the device boot completely and wait another 3 minutes. Don't press anything on the remote.
Open the Update app and verify you have version 2.3.3 installed. (You can see version number in the top right of the screen)
If you have version 2.3.3 installed the update should proceed normally.
Thank you very much Formuler Evangelist, this option worked for me, I was reading all thru and applied this first by connecting to the LAN , and the update came 2.3.3, and it seems to work .. it's my first time of using this box , and it's Z+ .

Do you asking how to create subscription? If yes, please contact your provider, let him register your mac address from Box label (00:01:79:xx:xx:xx) and you will get from him login data (in this case stalker url). Later you have to create portal in MOL1 with that url.

SAM, thanks for your patience, pls correct me if I am wrong, the MYTVOnline is customized and optimized for Formuler devices right? I was struggling with the IPTV smarters Pro, after I use similar account on the MYTVOnline, it plays faster and very OK..
now here is my concern about the Z+, how do I get my apk VPN working on it? I use ThunderVPN in my other device, but I cant get it from the Play store here,
I also dont know how to configure the OpenVPN,
pls can you assist?

I think the best solution would be to send me a firmware with the latest update to find the functionality of the 17 Formuler Z Prime that I have in stock

Disconnect everything from device? So you have only the box in your hand without any cables/usb in the box?
Then connect utp/internet cable on the box.
Then hmdi
And then the power.
And then wait for start up.
And if its bootes to main menu wait 2 minutes and check then the updater.
Did you all do that?

I had my problem solved today. I did a reset for the thousandth time, but this time as soon as I connected to the Internet during the configuration the box restarted by itself, I went back to the configuration menu to finish, when I went to update it updated the version and finally the necessary update appeared, IPTV working perfectly, already properly configured. Thank you all for the support and to those who actually solved the problem.
Conclusion, I didn't do anything different, the box updated itself, so something was actually conflicting and someone fixed the problem.

I don't know what Formuler did on their servers but this evening I managed to get the updates to 11 Formuler Z Prime done one after the other without any procedure as members of the forum suggested.
I think that Formuler has probably heard about these recurring problems and has probably implemented firmware allowing the updating of certain boxes including my Formuler Z Prime boxes.
If this is the case I thank those who tried to help me but above all Formuler for the posting of updates online
Now My TV Online works on my boxes, and access to Market is OK !
In the coming days I will try the 6 other Formuler Z Prime boxes
