    BETA Firmware Update for Formuler Z11 Series devices.

    Firmware Version : 11.3.5 BETA

    WARNING:

    Software cannot be rolled back after installation.

    If serious errors occur, please do factory reset.


    Please keep in mind, this is Beta and could have also bugs or act unstable, it is for testing and not for productive use 24h with the box.

    If you don`t want to test, please wait until official comes out. No Forum support in other threads if beta in use, beta issues should be discussed only in this thread.

    HowTo Install:

    Home Menu -> Software Update -> press "1339" -> Red Icon and Beta Test SW appear (right corner) -> Press Red Button -> Firmware and Software are now shown, press "OK" button for install.

    The install process and reboot works automatically! Please don`t turn off the box or plug out the power supply, could damage the box. The reboot after update needs always much longer than usual, please be patient and let the box finish the install. If necessary reboot later once again.

    • NEW: Added "Locker" feature. Long-press OK on an app to find the "Lock" option.

    • FIX: Mute after returning from Standby mode
    • Bug fixes, optimisations, and performance enhancements
  • I don’t think that has anything to do with the Z11. Check with your provider.

    Got it with 3 different providers, sometimes. As example: on monday provider 3, wednesday provider 1 and saturday provider 2. I keep refreshing 2 times and then its okay mostly.


    Ontopic: i hope someone who has the "mute bug" can say, its fixed.💪🏻

    Afrer update i can not access to settings system its locked by pin code

    I need before disable parental protection before (setttings/launcher settting/parental setting/lock system settings)

    Checked on my side but Not at my side. Can access everything normal.

    Strange. Did you ever setup before the update the parental settings and removed code again later?

    If yes, happy to say, but you comes almost never there. You been one time there in the month or never ever more.

    Wait for official update.

    And if it still dont do after official firmware update. Do the after the update a factory reset my friend.

    System settings is locked when you use the new Locker feature.

  • I still frequently get “VOD failed to load” when selecting a movie or tv show. Tested on Z11 Pro Max.

    Go to Content Manager in MYTVOnline 3 menu, refresh your portal, and check if the issue reappears.

    If it does, please send logs right after the issue reappears following the next instructions: How to send logs

    Also, please provide a video that shows the exact issue as well. Upload the Image/Video file here: https://streamable.com/ > Upload file > Copy link > Paste the link with your reply.

  • Later I will sent my logs and video but I just noticed one thing I wanted to share:

    When I get the error, the decription of the movie in the top left of the screen is also

    But when I do nothing after a while the decription appears and the movie plays. I never noticed this before because I never waited. Sometimes is takes 1 minute, sometimes more.

    I think that the problem is in fetching the movie data, sometimes takes a lot of time…

    I got it from time to time and test it with a different player (TiViMate) and got the same error. So I assume it’s the provider. Or I’m wrong?

    Maybe try refreshing contents before picking a movie....or even the day before (so just on a regular basis).

    this worked for me in a couple of cases.

    I cant record anything because all the channels say no information. Any thoughts anyone??

    Go to Content Manager > select the current portal > click EPG button > Clear and Update EPG.

  • With each and every update it states:

    • Bug fixes, optimisations, and performance enhancements

      Without ever specifying any details.

      Can you in the future specify what Bug fixes, optimizations, and performance enhancements have been made?

      Or if that is not possible or desirable, omit that phrase as it is without any substance nor of added value?

    I've only had my box for a day & still have v11.3.3 installed, but I had the same problem. I thought it was a problem with my new provider, but I edited the EPG mode from "Default" to "Alternate" & I got full EPG.

    Content Manager > Content sources > Edit > Change EPG mode from "Default" to "Alternate".

    aaaah that may be the answer! I have done the clear and update thing two or three times and it didnt change much. Will give this a try!

    Yep. I also did the "clear & update" a few times without success. It was only by chance while looking at my providers details that I noticed it, & thought I would give it a go. Glad it worked for you too. :thumbs_up:

    The only thing I can find is the interval when the EPG should be updated.

    It only is applicable on MAC connection,not on XC connection!

    I thought you see it first time when you make an new portal of xtream connection.

    Name, url, username, password and then futher stands default or alternate.

    After connection and you go back its gone.

    But then is the epg interval appeared.

    Probably depends on the MAC connection.

    Yes,extending guide epg up to 7 days is only available when on MAC connection and changing epg mode to alternate,this option is not available on XC connection,which i guess you are on,so your left with 24-36 epg ahaed:winking_face:
