My Z10 Pro is dropping channels using the following:
LG 4K OLED TV,
MyTV online 2,
4K Live IPTV.
Tried all available resets and replaced cables etc.
Speed Test says 75 to 92 download speeds.
Any suggestions appreciated.

By dropping channels, I am guessing that you mean the channels are not connecting?
Are you getting any error codes?
Does the issue occur on every channels?
No error codes, Just blank screen.
Usually happens when flicking through news channels etc.
Reconnect Formuler is the only option I know of to reconnect.

Sorry I am in my eighties and your suggestion is way beyond me.
When changing channels I frequently get a blank/black screen.
To get back to viewing I do the following:
Press "HOME" on the remote.
Press "POWER".
Press "RESTART".
Sometimes I will have to do the above 2 or 3 times to get back to viewing.
Other times I disconnect the power from the Z10.

Are you getting any error codes with the black screen?
If so , please let me know which error you are getting
No error codes whatsoever just a black screen.
Remote unable to select any channel when black screen appears.
When black screen appears Remote able to select "HOME" then "POWER" then "RESTART".

No update avaiable for Formuler.
Formuler up to date.
Did factory reset on the TV and on Formuler but neither improved anything.

Only channel is black or entire screen is black and you can not even see the OSD or menu in MOL2?

Entire screen is black.
Can not even see the OSD or menu.
When black screen appears I do as follows: Remote able to select "HOME" then "POWER" then "RESTART".
The above will get me viewing again until next black screen.
Ok. Go to main menu -> settings -> device preferences -> Display -> Set right resolution, then HDCP 1.4<->2.2, depends what is now set. Restart the Box and TV.

Current settings:
Display = 4K 60Hz - HDPC = 2.2.
Plugged out TV and Re-started Formuler.
Sadly problem still exists.
Where do you live? 60HZ NA/Canada?
1. If in EU, change to 4K 50HZ if NA then 60HZ
2. Change DHCP to 1.4 and restart box again.
Big improvement since shangind to "4K 50HZ" and "DHCP to 1.4."
50% to 60% reduction in interuptions.
Black screen has now been replaced by automatically being taken to the "APPS" screen where My TV OnLine 2 is already selected.
Clicking on My TV OnLine 2 gets me back to viewing.
This occurs at about half the frequency of the black screen incidents prior to above changes.
Above in this post based on one nights viewing.

Try setting up mol2 as starting app,this might prevent the relapse to Homepage
Mol2 has been sat as startup app in "Launcher Settings" since I got the box.

Black screen problem 90% - 95% resolved since making above changes.
Above problem replaced with another as follows:
Frequently when changing channels ( but not at every channel change) I am taken back to the "Apps" page where Mol2 is already selected.
Clicking on the already selected Mol2 gets me back to viewing the channel I had been watching and I can now change successfully to another channel.
Frequency of occurance three maybe four times out of ten.
Any and all suggestions appreciated.
