When connecting the Z11 the white turns off after a few seconds and changes to red continuously resulting in the device NOT functioning.
I tried to connect a Z mini to the same HDMI port on the same TV and it works just fine. Is the Z11 defective? And if so can I send it in for repair? The unit is less than one year old.
