please check your date data and epg time if all matches first, restart your box once and click on refresh. If everything doesn`t help then it could be temporarily provider issue with server timeshift.
Hi, I’m talking about catch-up. Sorry for the confusion. I checked and EPG guide shows correct time, if that is what you mean.

Also try what some users do. Try with other app like tivimate or so if it works.
If yes, we can search for the problem and if no... provider related.
Hi Lucky, Tivimate does not allow to catch up in free version. Any other app that is free and capable of checking catch-up?
Not at the moment. I dont use those apps.

Check your conversation-list. Give you some app names to test.
here on forum with all that other apps named isnt nice i think.
Catch-up is server timeshift.
