I have a Formuler Z7 +, I used it for almost 6 months without problems, then I left in February for Asia, where I was blocked for 8 months because of the Covid. when I returned, the subscription was expired, I ordered a new code on ebay, but as soon as I try to install it on NeoTV Pro2, when I am in the application, I select 'MENU', and the application crashes, I restart, but it is looping ... I tried through My TV Online, when I check the settings, I am connected to WiFi and RJ45 ... but as soon as I try to connect by adding a portal, the application tells me that I am not connected .... do you have any idea
