After installing 'TV File Commander'App from Martet, you could see the screenshots by selecting the USB of SD card where the screenshots are saved.

I just tested it with the Z11 Pro Max, and after long pressing the 'OK'button on the Icon which you wnat to move, moving it to the desired location and pressing the 'BACK' button, it is fixed to the moved position.
Try again after unplugging and plugging in the device.

how do we take log readings please...
- unplug your power cable and plug the cable back in
- reproduce the issue with your device
- Go to Home > Settings > Device Preferences > About > Report a Problem > Send logs
Before Sending logs, please write down your Tracking # on the left-side of the screen - reply to your ticket with the tracking# in step 3

Unfortunately, I tried all the suggestions but still not turn on.
I tried to switch my z10 with my z8 and it works fine with the z8.
So definitively, my issue is with the z10 box.
How works the warantee with the giveways ?
I am a little bit worried about reliability of z10 : I never had issues with my z8 for 3 years
If you have a problem with a device received through Giveaway, you will need to contact to Formuler supporter and they will guide you on how could you get a repair or exchange

First of all, regarding this symptom, it's better to request a portal update from your service provider first.

Since GTV is a device based on Android tv, it's impossible due to restriction about backup&restore function.
To use the function you want, you will need to purchase another Z series devices based on aosp.
In addition, Mytvonline is not a Google supported App, so sharing through google account isn't possible too,,

You could use it similarly with Mol2 while setting up to 'disable' unused portals in contents manager.

There are old and new versions of the legacy remote as well. If you purchase the old version, it will not pair with the Z10 series.

IPTV service shows images provided by a provider through their server.

That's right, there is no way to fix it if that software reset doesn't work.
Since the warranty period in Europe is different from 2 to 3 years depend on where you are, so check the period and apply for replacement / repair with a receipt.

Thanks for the reply, as I mentioned in my first post I have already tried this method and it doesn’t work.
If software reset isn't possible with the 'update.ird' file, you must ask your seller or provider for a repair or replacement with the sales receipt.

basically, HTTP 404 errors mean the channel request can't be found on the server.
So if you installed already the latest firmware update, try to unplug and replug it.
And if buffering or lagging occurs even in another IPTV app such as 'IPTV smarter pro' , it means IPTV server problem.
Because error code http 4xx is a symptom expression method of Formuler devices.

Try to following this instruction below
1.Check update.ird file integrity before proceeding
(Download "Formuler_Sz7_Factory_Reset_Tool.zip" file from the right bottom of this page --->)
2.Copy update.ird to USB root (Use formatted USB with the NTFS file system)
3.Power off device
4.Insert USB into device
5.Power on device while repeatedly pressing the CH-UP button on the RCU. Press the CH-UP button repeatedly, don't hold it down.
6.Update progress bar appears on the screen. Stop pressing the CH-UP button
7.Wait for the progress bar to reach 100%. The device will reboot automatically when finished.

HTTP 4xx error is an error that has already been resolved with the version 10.10.31
but due to the current firmware update problem , the new version firmware could not be downloaded, so the old errors seem to occur.
asap the dev.team will release a new firmware update to resolve this problem.

everything works fine, including entering chrome and playing video
