Maybe you should press both buttons,the green as well as the red?
Cant remember how i did it ,but notifications were all deleted.
Test it again, green is working deleted one notification. Push red button delete all is not working.

Yep just saying when click the green button they are deleted, but when switching menu's or go back to live tv they popup again.

Test the beta today. The notifications won't go away, i can click the green button delete all but when i switch from menu or go back to live tv there are the notifications again, the list is still full of all notifications.

Depends on if your service provider allows multiple connections.
If you turn off the box and the problem goes away then you know where the issue is coming from.
Ok noticed that, i need to ask my provider to accept the mac adress for multiple connection. Hope in future to see the app also for macos for mac systems.

Everything works fine so far so good. Only thing sometimes its keeps buffering, but i guess when watching tv and the box is on and you turn the app on its stuttering, can't watch it together?

Any plans for QR Scanner support like android version? Tried inputting my credentials manually (stalker) but it doesn’t seem to work. It asks for login info.
I tried troubleshooting and did the same for the android version. Inputting manually asks for login info but if I use QR scanner Stalker portal loads perfectly.
Noticed that! Can't import/export portal because there is no valid QR scanner. Just what Sam says waiting for the next update so i can i add my tv list from the Z11 to the app.

Today i try to open Gameday, but nothing is there only a clean screen with nothing on it. When close Mytvonline3 and restart its open again so i can see everything i guess this a bug?

No its not possible, since Formuler use Google Platform for his devices and Google cert. Box like GTV the standard YouTube belongs to Android OS. This to replace would only anger the big G and we don't want that.
Ok that makes sense now i got it. Thank you for the information, only way to skip the ads is using a vpn.

Is it possible to connect a z11 to a macbook/laptop? I test it put the hdmi and power cable in, but nothing shown up! Do i need a special program to run or just not possible?

Can’t see a “refresh” tab in changelog as 175N suggested this would be implemented for this update?
I know it’s not mentioned in the changelog so not much I can say.
I also concur with LaPraline - coloured buttons don’t launch app. They launch the standard menu systems within MTOL.Great new update! Only start an app don't work with the BT1 remote. Still missing a refresh button in the left. Maybe make it possible to refresh live tv automatic by the restart of Mytvonline3?

You probably never noticed black screen while changing channels because AFR(automatic frame rate) is set to off in your settings.
QMS stands for Quick Media Switching,and is unfortunately only available on some recent tv sets.
The QMS concept is clearly explained by SAM in his first post of the zmini info thread.
I am also tempted to buy a zmini,but will wait for a while to monitor early adopters experiences
Yep its turned off because cropped channels to. resolution sometimes goes back to 4:3 16:3 etc.. My provider got the most channels already in 4k 50 fps or higher, no need for qms i think so.

I got the Z11 Pro here, but never noticed a black screen while changing from channels or slower movement, its already very good with HDMI 2.1. Don't know exactly what QMS is standing for but i gonna buy me a Z mini to, because the simple dongle and connection to USB behind tv or laptop etc..

Most of the time the IR connection is lost to, when i restart the box and the bluetooth never lights up blue after restart. Today i gonna order a new BT1 and see whats gonna happen this week. If the new BT1 works fine then there is a malfunction in this BT1 im using.

Yes is normal, start begins with IR Signal (the Box was OFF) and when the box is up, it changes to BT control.

I wish it was that simple. Even need to re-connect IR this morning pressing the ok button and the 3 lines. For now is standby the best option for me. But it is still strange if you say its not normal by a shutdown the ir and Bluetooth is always gone and need to start manually. Do you think a new remote will help? Box is brand new just a year old. -

Is it normal when i put the box in shutdown mode it turns the bluetooth always off? When in standby there are no problems but when i start over the bluetooh is always gone. My mobile phone and tv and ps5 turn automatic on by restart. The Formuler Z11 doesn't? Is it normal or just a hardware problem? -
Sorry it has taken a while to reply, but I tried what you suggested and it did not change anything.
I have however been monitoring the shutdowns and there is a pattern to most of them, still a couple of unexplained.
The majority of the shutdowns happen after watching TV Series then going back to live TV, goes into live for a short while probably less than 1 minute then MOL3 closes back to the home screen.
Notice this to, but not always, mostly it happens when watching a TV serie and go back to live tv. Then in one minut everything freezes and bam shut down.

Hi Since about Saturday MOL 3 has been closing down randomly, can't see any pattern to it.
Also my BT1 remote went strange for a day when on live TV pressing the back button usualy switches between the last 2 channels watched, but when it went strange it was closing mol3 working again now, back button worked as expected in both VOD and TV series.
Here to, the same problems. The Z11 pro starts over again randomly when watching live tv, the whole box shut down and then starts again. Never had this before last year, but now last week 3 times. Is my box hacked or something haha... I think maybe Formuler pushing some updates in the background to the box i don't know?

Im using Smarttube for years now instead of Youtube. But i read something that it should be possible to launch Smarttube as standard app instead of Youtube. I need to install a brigde APK file to do this. But how can i delete/uninstall the Youtube app? Or maybe Formuler can install a hotfix update to get this option? Or at least put in the market app for download? Like now the same with Smarttube thats already in the market app.
Let me know if it is possible to uninstall Youtube, because no need for standard video app. -

Hi all, first a thanks for letting me join your group. I have recently purchased the Z11 Pro Max to replace an A****n 4K stick and I must say I am delighted with the ProMax11, a really nice machine and much better than my old stick.
However I am having problems connecting my BT1 Remote with the Z11 Pro Max. I put the Pro Max into add accessory mode and Press Menu and ok keys together and the remote does not flash white, I have tried pressing the menu key just before the ok key and the other way around and still nothing. The only light I get is an orange light when I press the Menu key first but goes out as soon as I press the ok key. I have tried new batteries and downloaded the Formuler Remote app which just tells me that the remote is not connected,
The remote works on the Pro Max for normal remote actions but will just not go into pairing mode. According to the app my remote is disconnected so I am unable to determine what the current firmware is on the remote.
I have tested the bluetooth function on the Pro Max by connecting a pair of earbuds successfully without any problems.
I would really appreciate any help you might be able to suggest, as I say I am delighted with the Z11 Pro Max and have set it up with everything I had on my old stick plus more.

This a known issue with the BT1 see my post here on the forum to. Only thing you can do best is to put the Formuler box in standby and it keep go working. When you shutdown the box or start over the problems will start again, sometimes the remote is pairing/unpair etc over and over again. Problem with the firmware i guess.

Today need to restart my box problems all over again. I connected the Sony remote and ps5 controller and all stay's connected. But the BT1 connection lost again and again in the main menu. This remote really needs a firmware upgrade last one goes back to april 2022. 30 euro for a remote with this bugs is serieus wrong.

Put the box now in standby modus, hope this works better. For now 4/5 times no connection lost, hope it stays this way.

After gtv update to androidtv 12 more.
After upgrade factory reset and reset remote with 0 and ok.
Still happening and more then before.
Strang but truh.
Told here before its definitely BT1 problem. Think many more people got this to?

Try to reset your BT1 remote using the following procedure:
- Unpair your remote from your Formuler using the Android Settings menu
- Press and hold OK + 0 (zero) for 5 seconds. The LED on the remote will blink 3 times to confirm the reset has completed.
- Re-pair the remote to your Formuler.
If the above doesn't work, try to reduce the number of devices using the 2.4GHz band near your remote.
For example, if the TV is connected via 2.4G WiFi, move the TV to 5GHz wifi band or connect the TV using Ethernet.
Already tried everything. Put my tv out of wifi nothing works. Ok+zero will only reset without bluetooth. Don't know what it is this week start 4/5 times without problems and then next day again no IR no Bluetooth, looks like a power breakage somewhere. Don't know what is but i think its will be something in the software of the BT1.

I have it also weekly with my GTV.
I put box on. Watching tv or movie and sometimes it stops yes the bt1 remote.
I hold button on remote but no light response on the box. No blinken.
Serveral times changed batteries but that isnt the problem.
Power cable in and out. En then it works. Also sometimes i remove connection at bluetooth settings and connect again.
Some days later when i watch again it can happen again.
I didnt open thread bevause thought its my remote and he is fell time ago
When the box is on never get this problem, only sometimes by start up the box. Lost all connection Infra red and bluetooth. Its not a box problem, but a BT1 problem, time for a software update to resolve the issue.

Unfortably the problems starts again. Lost IR lost Bluetooth no connection at all.. Only thing i can do put he power cable off the socket turn back in and it works again. I think its a big software problem in the BT1, last update for this remote was more then a year ago, maybe Formuler take a look at this. No mather what box you use Z10 or Z11 the problem is lost connection in the BT1.
BTW: Im using a Sony bravia tv, but thats not the problem i think? -
I found a solution for this. The problem was that the Sony Bravia turn on but 10 seconds later. When Mytv3 already in loading screen the tv turn on. With the old Philips tv its starts together direct. Thanks for helping out.

Hdmi CEC does not work with my Z11 pro press the ON/OFF STB button of the remote control. Now i have to Push the Tv Button and than the STb Button to start the Formuler and the TV. Have any one the same Problem?
BTW: Turn off the formuler with only the tv button will works correct. Wake/sleep formuler mode not supported. My Sony bravia sync everything is on and works correctly. Turn on with the same button won't work. -

Folder is no problem, you can put the Jpg for example in the pictures map. Using a JPG same like a computer wallpaper should be good enough.

I think i found the solution for this problem. I restart my Sony bravia tv and now after 10 times try its still working good. So try to restart your tv, maybe thats the solution of all this? -
Sorry for the double post, but i turn my tv now for 3 times on for testing, after 3 times all connection lost bluetooth and ir. So first need to pair again with ir and then bluetooth. Maybe its a software bug or the BT1 is a little broken. Don't know how many people got this same problem? You can always try to put your box out 4/5 times and see what happens?
Or maybe its a android 10 problem in combination with the BT1? So far i can see now it lost all conection after several times, so its not the bluetooth but the IR to. -
Sorry old topic, but facing this problems to on my Z11. When connecting the BT1 remote to bluetooth. I always used it with the GTV box for a while but no problems. the connection error is not always, when i put the box in standby there is no problem, but sometimes if i shutdown or turn the power off the connection is gone.
When i try to connect the BT1 in the menu for pairing it says connected, connected got away and so over again many times, flash light grey for pairing keeps searching for connecting to. The only thing thats helps is to restart the box 2/3 times over again and make a connection. I think this should be a problem within the BT 1 and the bluetooth program, because with the GTV box never had this problems before. -
Yes, stalker should refresh automatically.
Never noticed that before, thats always easy so the provider can put movies/series in the background.

so is it with mytvonline and mytvonline2.
The box is always in standby modus, no restart.

Since a week i changed from provider, also changed from Xcapi to stalker connection. But is it possible that the provider can put new movies and series in there without doing a manual refresh? Because for 2 days i notice now there are new movies and series added, without doing a refresh manual or automatic. Before with the old provider in Xcapi always needed to refresh by myself.

Please bring back the manual refresh in the main menu like other boxes with a single click. Because most of the time my box is not in standby modus, so i need to refresh new stuff manually.
