Hi all
Since i upgraded to the latest Formuler firmware, my ANDROID TV app no longer connects to the box to act as the remote control.
Any ideas how to resolve? It's the copy and paste function I really need!

As I found out, the tuned DVB channels are numbered from 4000 and I can't edit the order, just sort by alphabet.
Is it possible to change it? What is the "Import" function described somewhere?
Import allows you to import lameDB (e2) format dvb-t/t2 channel lists

I've another problem: All DVB-T2 and T channels (DVB-C not tested) are freeze picture randomly several times per minute for less than half a second, and sometimes the sound drops . It's very disturbing!
Does anyone have the same problem?
Known issue. DVB-T2 glitching will be patched in next week's Z8 software update.

Hi, just put the new update in and now I cant login via portal to my provider with MOL1 with iptv extreme its all good. Help please. Thanks
New official update that fixes this will be released within 24h
If you can't wait that long, follow the instructions below:
- Uninstall MOL1 v1.9.91
- Open the Software Update app
- Do NOT install v1.9.80
- Press 0227 on the remote to activate Beta software downloads
- Press the Red button on the remote
- Download and install v1.9.85

Did someone also noticed that since MOL 7.5.2 the active channel # is not remembered/used anymore.
After a reboot, and then starting MOL2, it opens/starts (sometimes) with a completely random stream/channel.
It is possible your provider is actively rebuilding bouquets and the "last channel" index was lost or scrambled.
Will ask the devs to check it out in any case

Google killed support for Youtube TV 1.2.7
Developers are aware of the issue. It will be patched in tomorrow's release.
If you can't wait, download and install Smart YouTubeTV.
or
find and sideload YouTubeTV 1.0.5.5. It will allow you to bypass the "Update Now" screens

After the recent firmware updates, HTTP Redirection is not working for portals. Can we get this looked at ASAP?
All my clients are using my custom domain and having to change them over is a real pain.

If you are on beta sw and your channel logos are missing, yes, the new official update fixes that.

I still have the EPG Loading problem, even after the last update.
I don't know if EPG is doing something hard on the CPU, but, video is freezing with the "Loop Loading Animation"., and unfreeze after 2-3 seconds.
There is a way to see CPU % Utilisation on the screen ? ( Hotkey or someting ?? )
Also, i installed NordVPN ont my Z8, and i always get the message "No process found".. i tried some reboot, but always same problem..
On other thread, someone said, the Z8 dont have enough horse power to drive the VPN, so this i a reason i get this error "No process Found".
Nord VPN requires IPv6 for some reason. Maybe you can ask them why?
Usually "no process found" can be solved on the Z8 by turning on IPv6.
How to turn on IPv6 on the Z8:
- Android Settings
- Scroll down to IPv6
- Turn it ON
- Try NordVPN again

Mytvonline2 supports the standard m3u format but it does not support the m3u4u format

When I enter this type of format I just get an m3u error. However, the format seems to work in a lot of other IPTV apps. Is there any chance this can be supported ?

The issue you reported should be fixed in the most recent software update.

After 15 minutes of "EPG loading" my conclusion is that "the fix" by updating isn't working (for me)
i have the same EPG Loading" It's in the right top corner taking for ever been like this for about 3hours now
but my epg is working using utc + 1hour
Try the following:
- Android Settings
- Apps
- MYTVOnline2
- Clear Data
- Clear Cache
- Connect to the portal again and restart.

The words "OFFICIAL" and "Install ... at your own risk" seem to be a contradiction?
No "formal/official" support on the hardware and software after installing this version?
No. It isn't a contradiction.
It is an optional update. No one is forcing you to update.
The reason this message is there is because there is no way to downgrade after you update.
Choose what is best for you.

EPG is working but only logo's on NPO1 and NPO2 in holland the rest stil no logo's
wil this be fix't in the next update ?
test with another app and/or ask your provider about it

Could be related to your service provider. Try a different service provider to see if it is the same.

Perform Factory Reset.
Android Settings > Storage & reset > Factory data reset > default PIN is 0000 or 1234
After Factory reset, re-test the wifi. If the device continues to restart when trying to use wifi, contact your dealer for warranty instructions.

But I never had this problem. Only after upating to last stable version of MOL2.
Anyway, having MAC access (I think also known as stalker) can I do you you're saying about XC api or m3u?
Your provider can change the playback limit on the server side at any time. Ask your provider why it was changed to 3hrs.
Playback limit changes on your service and mol software update are only coincidental. there is no causation.

after the recent downtime ive had to find a new provider.
They asked me for MAC and serial which i have provided by taking a photo of bottom of the box
when they set it up and tell me its working i keep getting error message CHECK PORTAL URL even though its exactly right.
i know they should know what they are doing but is it the serial number they need or ID?? my last provider just needed the MAC
"Server returned HTTP 404"
- This is displayed if you typed in the URL incorrectly in the MYTVOnline2 (MOL2) > Connections > Portal Edit menu or,
- You were given an incorrect URL or,
- It could be related to an HTTP redirection issue in MOL2 that was patched in the current beta software.
Which version of MOL2 are you using now?

Hello, If you selected "ALWAYS" in the "Open with..." dialog, follow the step below to clear the "ALWAYS" setting:
- Identify which external player you have selected to ALWAYS use for playback
- Home > Android Settings > Apps > Select the app that you identified in step 1
- Select "Clear Defaults"
