I was from the beginning on XC, and has the problem with the channel information (no information)
I still need the workaround, set time zone to GMT 00:00 and date/time manualy to the correct time and in portal EPG to none (0).
For me this is the only way to have the correct EPG Guide and channel informatioin.

Other languages should come with next update.
I have also Problems with EPG via Username and password login. On other box (z10 pro max ) same provider i do not see an issue. Is this something knowen and will it be fixed in next update?

I would like your help. My LG tv turns off automatically when my Z10 pro max is connected to it. It happens every 30 minutes. I have turned on HDMI CEC options on formuler, still same issue. I have also tried with the CEC options being off. Anyone that has same issue? or Do you know what could cause this?
Formuler Helpdesk succeeded in giving me the solution to get rid of my MAC ID connection problems. Everything is working fine by now and I must tell that I am very much impressed by MOL3. This is a very great progress compared to MOL2

So far so good, but how do you explain that everything was working fine with MAC ID on Z8 (during over 1 year and recently before receiving my Z11 on NOV 14th) and Z10 (tested during 10 days) with the same provider since 2 years and that MAC ID connection is not working anymore on Z11 ??? (see attached)
The workaround is to go to sources and manually hit the refresh button. You need to do it. Another solution is to log in via Username and Pass. I get the 401 error and manually refresh and it works. But as I understand they are working on it. So we need to have patience.
I have had on several channels the error "UnexpectedLoaderException",it only is for a short period,and after retrys its gone again.
I did a search but could not find anything about this error?
Anyone with the same experience? What does the error mean and how to fix it?
Furthermore i have the impression that 401,403,and 503 errors occur more than on my Z10, I am on MAC ID.
I expierence the same issue when using Stalker/MAC login. I do not have this issue on the Z10, same provider. Does it work properly for other poeple loging via mac?

Is there a best practice should we use the standard Mac 00:1E:... or change it to 00:1A:79. I experience error code 1101 and 1004 when using the standard mac with stalker portal. M3U works ok, but using portal login via MAC does not work with standard 00:1E, I am i doing something wrong?

What settings do you have in network settings? do you use proxy, do you have static IP? are you directly connected to Modem.router or do you use switch?
Stalker MAC. but i have never expierenced this. Is there a way to setup Myonlinetv to disconnect when puting the device on standby?
what speed do you get over wifi?, I assume you do not use VPN or etc?

I have a Z10 pro max. after latest update i am experiencing issues with live tv. I have contacted my provider and he is saying there is no issues with the server. When i put my formuler on standby and turn it on after several hours it does not connect any more to the portal. After i unplug it from power and restart it all works fine again. I have never had this issue before. Any idea how and why this is caused?
what cable do you use? Ist CAT6 or CAT7 or CAT5e?
On my GTV, I can create my own custom group and in here I can add channels from each other groups and sort them.
Anyone any solution for Philips TV? I am experiencing the same.
I love GTV and Myonline tv on andriod tv. It really gives you a home cinema tv experience with a lot of customizations. My online tv 2 is the best player in the market. I have recommended it to all my friends and family.
