Can you let me know how to fix the black screen for multiview settings in Tivimate.? When I add another sstream i only get black screens for other added streams. I have 5 connection package with my provider. Any help would be appreciated.

Please fix this frustrating problem. Clicking the down arrow on the remote will increase the volume on my LG soundbar, while i navigate the menu. Clicking the left button (left arrow) will mute the LG soundbar.
