Factory Reset not working.
That is bad if we have with new power adapter same result. If new factory reset with paperclip doesn`t help and new adapter connected, then is something on motherboard defect.

Only red. Also during the factory reset procedure it stays red, blinking shortly (read: going off) every ten seconds (approx).
What i saw on the video instruction the led should become white after a while...
I indeed disconnected everything from my box first and let it rest for several hours.
I see if i can find another power adapter otherwise I have to buy one.

Only red or red <-> white? Disconnect first everything connected to your Box and connect some other power adapter (same specs).

Works inside the application? Because outside i know it works.
My issue is inside the application because i need to edit and configure it locally on my network for several devices. I have many formulers and i don't want to go physically to all of them "n" times a day.

Hello,around 5.00 pm cet we had an power outage at the appartment block i live.Everthing was ou t of the blue gone,z12,tv,smartphone ,laptop,light,fridge etc.The electricity guys turned up and after about 45 minutes,there was green light,as my tv and z12ultra restarted i got a config error on MOL4, error 300,. Factory Reset not working.
After 3 years without real problems, my Formuler Z11 Pro Max will not start up anymore.
The led on the box stays red and blinks on and off about once every 10 seconds.
So I tried the factory reset with a paperclip. I can clearly hear a click and I followed the reset instructions to the letter.
DVD cable is connected to the TV on the proper setting (in my case HDMI 1), but nothing at all shows on the TV. I have tried the hard reset now 3 times with 1 to 2 hours in between but no luck.
