I've purchased a new Z12 Ultra and that's on 12.10.8 and can't get off. Keeps saying it's fully up to date. MTO3 doesn't work (12.1.36) with the error others have saying select devices etc etc upgrade to BETA fails as does MTO4 Installed a different TV client for now lol

Hello, I'm new here. We own 3 Formuler Z8 devices which we've been using for years with no issues. We recently switched out internet provider from Spectrum with 1GB (which we never saw those speeds!) to Wow Fiber internet with 3GB. We had no trouble connecting any devices in the household to the new internet except the Formuler Z8's. We eventually got all 3 connected, but two of the three disconnected randomly and it took a call to Wow to have them temporarily disable 5ghz while we reconnected,…
