I have the same problem now... I get the icons for the channels but not the channel information (guide)... I've changed the time to utc but it still doesn't help... I haven't tested a different iptv program yet...

Maybe I should run tivi instead... 🤔

    EDIT!

I just added TiviMate on my Formuler Z8 and now my EPG works 100%...

Looks like this is already supported if offered by your service provider - my connection via user name, password and url.

Click Menu and you see the option, Live TV, VOD, TV series, Recordings

You may need to contact your provider and ask what m3u playlist "extension" you need.

They should have one that covers all the services you have requested from them.

    Thanks for your reply!

I know what you are talking about. I have had that type of provider as well in the past with the portal adress where all the VODS are connected to it.

However, the current provider that I have only has specific generated m3u adresses connected to my specific account on that site. 1 for each of the type of VOD they offer, just like I explained in the post above. Also, live TV has a specific adress just like the VODs does.

If I was skilled enough, I could create my own portal webaddress where my specific adresses for Live TV, Movies, Series etc, etc, was connected and use that for my portal connection. But, unfortunately, I am not.

This is why I hope that someone who creates content for MYTVONLINE 2, that they add an option to put in additional optional VOD adress slots to use under 1 m3u live TV portal. Currently there is only 1 VOD adress that you can add which is why I have created several m3u portals. 1 for each VOD with the same Live TV m3u portallink.

Switching between them once I want to watch different VODs works, but, is a pain...

Been away for a while, waiting for a patch or something that allow additional VOD playlists under the same m3u portal.

Now that I went and looked under portal setup, I still can't see that possibility, but, then again, I could be totally clueless about how I should add it IF it is possible.

I've also looked through the nice video tutorials but cannot find a video explaining how to add a second or third playlist under the same m3u portal. Also like in a previous post that I made, I would like the possibility to name them differently. The reason for this is because my provider has different playlist adresses for the different VODs. (Series, Movies, etc, etc) It would be nice to be able to replace the names accordingly.

    Heya!

Like the subject says, is it possible to add several different VOD titles under one m3u connection? Like, TV Series, Movies, Other, or, do I have to start a new m3u connection and add 1 VOD for each of the sources? (This is how I have it now. I haven't figured out a way to add several VOD under the same m3u connection.

If I want to watch a Movie and I am connected to TVseries, I have to reconnect to the Movie connection.

There was another "page" where you can edit the groups if you "backarrow" (The page that you are displaying above, I didn't know)... I don't have to create anything... Can use the existing "favorite" if I wanted too...

Thanks for your help Sam... 🙂

Press channel that you want to move with OK and hold.

Ok, I've been trying this now and I cannot get it to work at all. The thing that pops up is PiP, the little mini window in the upper right corner. I can switch between what is on the big screen and the little screen by holding down the red key. However, there is no way that I have managed to switch order of the channels in my channel library.

If I open the library by pressing (OK) I get choices down in the right corner. Red key says SORT. I have 4 choices under sort...

    LCN

    A-Z

    Z-A

    USER

I press these and they highlight and go back to the channel list... However, when I press channels they just switch channels on the TV like any remote... If I hold OK on the channels, nothing happen... I expect a menu of some sort asking me, (under what number do you want this channel?) But, nothing like that at all shows.

However, I have found a solution but it is a pain in the ass... I can remove favorites and then re-add them in the order that I want them. Then they go into the right places because I add them in that sequence manually...

Ok, channel numbering is switched on and I am in my favorites...

Now, lets say I have this channel setup.

    1. Channel 1

    2. Channel 2

    3. Channel 4 (This channel is called Four)

    4. Channel 3 (This channel is called Channel Three)

Deliberately renamed 4 and 3 so you have to move them manually. A simple alphabetical sorting button wont help here.

How do you move them? I want 3. and 4. to switch places, manually...
