Ever since on of the latest updates for the MyTV app, the portal just stops, goes offline of the app crashes back to the desktop. When I start the app after this again, it can not load the portal. This is very annoying and I sometimes have to reboot the box multiple times. I have the feeling one of the latest updates messed up somethings!
I have contacted my IPTV provider and they have guarenteed me that their portal has not been offline onces the last months. First I thougth it was the portal, but my suspicion was correct to believe it was the formuler box.

Does any1 else have problems after the recent updates? During watching TV, does it somethings just go black, crashes, offline etc?

Please roll-back the previous fixes or update the app

Hi Team,

I would like to ask for a future request, specificaly for the favorites group in the MyTvOnline app.

At the moment there is no way to:

1. add a new group / new favorite group (it would be very cool if you could add a new group and call it "sports" for an example and add all your favorite sports channels there)
2. organize the already available favorite group. It would be a very nice feature if you would be able to arrange the list to your own likeing.

When I add multiple channels from different groups to the favorite list, there is no decent structure to the list and I would really like to be able to change the numbering of the list.

Is this the right spot to ask for these type of future requests?

Really bad product information then and thank you very much. You should really inform potential buyers about the support of specific files. AC3 is also not very well supported, but you make it sound like this device could handle evertyhing you throw at it. Great way to make money btw, offer things you eventuelly dont deliver!

That doesn't really help...What does that mean...Formuler z prime supports h.265 hevc! Look at their site

Not 1 app works and neither does the file manager. This Device miss informed me big time and is a scame. It can not play a 4k / under / h.265 hevc file.

It also has weak support. Nobody can really answer this question here and neither did there official support. Wasted 120 euro on this device and all I have now is an android OS with IPTV support. This blows

I am trying to play a movie which is a "MKV" file format, that has the codec: x265 HEVC 10bit. The audio is available in DTS and in AC3. The problem is that I can't really play this file. The movie is going really slow and shakes a lot! I tried MX-player and VLC player and also tried editting [lexicon]settings[/lexicon] in these apps. I thought this Formuler IPTV box could play 4k movies like the x265 codec!?! The MX-Player app has the x265 10bit codec in its decoder list, but how come it doesnt playback well?

Which app should I use to play these types of file or what am i doing wrong

I managed to get everything working. Not really know what the reason is why it failed at first. Thanks for your reply. This topic can be closed. I managed to boot the device and quickly navigate to [lexicon]settings[/lexicon] and started checking stuff there and also downloaded some apps.after that i tried the upgrade again and it worked

I just booted the formuler IPTV for the first time and after some initial [lexicon]settings[/lexicon] it asks me to update to 2.7. I do this and i get a message that the device needs to reboot to install the firmware, but during this installation I get an error message!!! It then returns to the main menu and shows me the same message over and over again. There is nothing else I can do but select yes or no....Selecting no, will again show the message and selecting yes will bring me to the same error message. This really really sucks and I am unable to use the formuler IPTV box. How can this fixed? Because I think the update file is corrupt!!!

Please fix this very annoying issue!!
