Yup I get the same thing on my Redmi note 9 too so cannot use it
Delete mytvonline+. Reboot your phone. Install mytvonline+. Start it. Work for me.

I can install it on my Redmi Note 9 Pro phone and my Teclast M40Pro tablet. When starting the application I receive the information "incompatible device" on both devices.

After restart both my devices, now I can work with mytvonline+
