No and I won’t. I bought a product and service and expect it to work as and when it should. When Formuler fix the problem I will be happy. It is clear the box is the problem. I and everyone else experiencing this same problem shouldn’t have to try 100 different ways Formuler representatives think and hope the problem can be fixed.

Change from Stalker connection to XC Api connection until the issue is cleared.
I am using XC portal and still I am having black screen problems. Every single time I try to use the box. This must be a problem with the Z8 box, friends have other formuler boxes with mol2 subscriptions and no issue. I changed to static but still not working. This is a Formuler issue with z8 and it needs to be fixed

What are you using exactly for connect with your provider, registered MAC /ID Stalker portal, XC Api with login portal or m3u playlist? Use other protocol than the current one for connect with your provider.

Hi, I have tried everything mentioned in this thread to get mol2 working but still I have a black screen on all channels. I’ve reset, cleared cache and data, changed ISP settings but still not working. I have had nothing but problems with Z8 box and this subscription.
