I purchased a LG SN4 Soundbar & Subwoofer.

I can't get the subwoofer to work even though the light on it is solid green & it says it's paired.

No sound from subwoofer.

I have the soundbar connected to my Philips HDMI ARC.

It's an original Philips TV.

I've trawled through the internet for answers but nothing is working.

I've set the TV Speakers to off and HDMI ARC to on in the TV menu.

But all I'm getting is sound from the soundbar.

No sound from the subwoofer.

Trying to get this working using Formuler Z8.

Yeah, tried pairing.

While it's searching for Bluetooth accessories I press and hold TV on the original remote until STB lights up.

STB light goes out after a number of seconds, but on the TV screen it still says Searching for accessories.

Yes; that's the remote I got.

It's working fine.

I paired it with the Z8 remote.

I downloaded the remote app for the remote.

When I open that app I click on set up GTV- BT1 IR but nothing happens.

The screen stays the same.

It just says remote disconnected and firmware is blank.

Is there steps to get it properly going as the remote itself is working but not the voice assistant part?

I've set up my Formuler Z8 but I can't get Voice Assistant to work.

I purchased the Voice Assistant remote & it's working perfect except I can't get the Voice Assistant to work for Youtube videos.

No instructions on the remote.

Any ideas?
