Same with me. At the stalker portal with MAC address. Live TV only the loading circuit, and VOD and series are running. Even a restart doesn't help. Have now switched to URL with name and password. It is working.

Z11 Pro If I create a portal access via Stalker with MAC address, Live TV runs the first time I start it. If I switch once to VOD or series (the box occupies a second access on the server) and then back to live tv, I only have the loading indicator and no live tv channel is displayed anymore. Even after redesigning the box, only access to VOD and series. If I change the server access to URL with name and password, everything works. Am I making a mistake ? And is it correct that 2 connections are then also displayed on the server portal? It wasn't like that until the Z10. thanks for help -

Good evening, I have a problem with 2 new GTVs that I haven't had with other GTVs before. Every time the box is started, a message appears: "Notice - New upgrade, Download NO YES" It doesn't matter if I press NO or Yes, nothing happens. But the button fades out. I've already tried a factory reset. Updating the BT1 from 1.1.1-r133 to 1.2.1-r164-gtv didn't help either. Firmware of the BT1 is displayed: 0.5.31 Please help. Thanks Dietmar -
After the latest update I noticed that when searching (in MyTVOnline2) only the keyboard is shown. Before that there was a microphone icon above the keyboard because I could click on it. This enabled me to search for a channel using voice control. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible.

I have the problem that the BT1 remote control does not respond to anything after a while (1 hour). Also, the GTV cannot be switched off and restarted with the RC. Even if the GTV was off, after a while it cannot be switched on with the RC. I can only plug in the power supply plug again.

I may have found the problem.
In the standard "IPV6" is switched on with the GTV.
Switched off and it works.

I installed my second GTV today. When this, alee updates have been made, the live TV channels remain permanently. Tested with 2 providers. The same problem with both. The first box runs through or only gets stuck after 30 - 40 minutes. Anyone with the same problem here, and maybe has a solution?

The possibility to change the MAC address, as in the STBEmu, is used to use hacked accounts. Therefore it only makes sense not to be able to change the MAC address. And does not work in sensible devices like Formuler !!

Good Morning, I have now received my Formuler Z8. I noticed that I have no way to set a recording timer in the EPG. I believe that it still worked on the Z7 +. Do I overlook something there? Thanks for help. Dietmar -

I have a problem with Formuler Z7 + and MyTVOnline.
When I start a VOD movie, everyone gets the message "Can not play this file, try again later".
If I load from my provider but a M3U list of films, the film will be played.
Also, other androit devices work with VOD at this provider.
So far, it had always worked with the Z7 +.
Have also ever loaded the factory settings.
Can someone help ?
