Same problem when i tryed with another hdmi cable.

After many attempts i get in to the box but after the firmware uppdate the box will restart and then i have the same problem again.

On the formulers website its says channel up when you are using a usb to do a factory reset and the red button if you don't use an usb.

Now i will try with another hdmi cable and will get back to you.

I have tried to take the usb of but still not work.

The box is one week old.

I have bought six boxes and two of them have the same problem.

I have tried to run factory reset by usb but it does not work.

the box only shows a blurred ring at the beginning with a bar below and then it restarts again.

Hi!

I have problem with my Z8.

Did watch a movie and sudenly the box reboot by it self.

And now it will not start up again because it do a reboot after another all the time.

What should i do?

Have tryed to do a factory reset by follow the Youtube video method 2 with the red button and numer 1 on the remote.

Same problem is coming back after the factory reset.
