ExpressVPN use to work for me on my Z8 Pro 100% but now is breaks the stream for some reason. I have tried different locations and protocol settings but nothing works. As soon as I change the channel I get a black screen. Sometimes after a few minutes is starts again but then freezes. If I turn OFF the VPN the stream continues. There are days when is works all the time and I can change channels no problem. I even have 3 bars. With the VPN ON I usually see 1 or 2 bars. I don't know if its the provider or the VPN service.

I use ExpressVPN with my Z8 Pro. The VPN uses its own DNS from what I read. So if I setup a static IP on my Z8 Pro and use for example 1.1.1.1 as the DNS will there be a conflict between ExpressVPN DNS and 1.1.1.1? Or should I leave it blank? I noticed if I leave it blank it uses Googles DNS. So I don't know what is best.

Its the same as in post #2 above. I thought it was some kind of hidden group and didn't know what its purpose was.

What is the No Group category? I have the same on my Z8 Pro but if I uncheck it nothing changes.

I know how to remove channel groups and arrange channels but is there a way to rearrange the groups alphabetically?
For example if I have list of groups called B, A, C. Can I rearrange them to A, B, C?

Go into your favorites and pick any channel to watch.
Now press the OK key once.
Your favorites will be listed on the left side of the screen and the channel will be playing on the right.
Now press the key that is red on the remote.
A Channel List Sort window pops up with 4 choices.

Is there a way to turn off the front panel LED on the Z8 Pro?

I seen an original Formuler replacement remote on Amazon and other places but there are some differences from Formuler's site in the link below. Some buttons are named differently. For example the key under the 7 is called Tab but on the image attached its called Hot Key. Is it just an updated model in the image attached?

Hey guys, I have some questions on IPTV setups. I never had IPTV so some things I don't understand. I purchased a Formuler Z8 Pro box.
1. Will I be able to use the MyTVOnline 2 with the service or do I need to download another app?
2. Do I need to provide the device MAC address or do I use a STB emulator (From my understanding this is to generate a disposable MAC address)?
3. If I change providers and the MAC is not released from the reseller what happens?
4. Can I use my VPN on the Z8 Pro with the service?
5. Is the M3U portal URL all I need from my reseller and does it include a EPG? Do I need to setup a password or account?
