I haven't had any problem with my GTV Formuler but since 2 weeks I get black screens with this error message (1) Retrying: 1/5 Unable to open stream. Server error: HTTP 401 and then a second message appears (2) A network error has occurred. My internet service is stable, I don't have a VPN. I checked with the IPTV provider, he has no problem with these streaming servers.

However, he told me that this problem is your MyTVonline2. I have observed that this problem occurs in the evening. Sometimes the channel i'm watching will work and all of a sudden, this black screen with the error pops up. So it's not just when I'm trying to change channels. Could the MyTVonline2 version be the cause? Thanks for your support!

Hi, my device is fine, it is connected to a HDD 150G enough space. Formatted NTSF. Manual recording is working fine but when I schedule a program via EPG, it will record for the time I set but the new recorded program will erase the one previously recorded. thanks

Hi, I sometimes encounter a problem when I schedule a recording via the EPG, I press the red button to record to access to the schedule, I indicate the day and time of recording. The day after, when I want to watch the recording, it erases other recordings and sometimes it doesn't record the program. Do you see anything that looks like your problem?

I upgraded two days ago my Formuler GTV with the BETA version (Mytvonline 2 software) to 9.2.9 it fixed my issue, My device does not stuck and rebbot anymore on specific channel. Thank you

I tried with another streaming APP and I do not have this problem. My Formuler GTV do not crashe. The issue occurs when I use MyTvonline2 with a specific channel. I much prefer to use MyTvonline 2.

How can we send this issue to the Formuler support please ? Help!

Is there someone who can help to solve this problem please? With mytvOnline I select a specific channel then by GTV Formuler blocks and constantly restarts until I select another channel without problem. This always happens on the same channel (no issues with the others). When I use another streamer than mytvOnline I have no problem. Thanks
