Your issue:
The internal player does not show subtitles. If you use an external player like VLC the subtitles are displayed correctly.
If the above is correct, you should probably open a support ticket at https://support.formuler.tv
Use the chatbot to create a ticket.
well u are 50% correct. my issue is that if i use VCL for external player. it wont save on what episod im on and so on...
No subtitle showing up.
I have to use vlc but then i can se progress or even se whst episods i watched Please fix this !! 
If i try whit Out bluetooth then it works fine. Whit bluetooth i get the problem….
Yes joystick buttens up and down right left and vol up/down channel up/down

Hey all. I have a problem whit my remote.. if i like fast forward or scrolling in channels/apps/menus ,Often it just flips outs and scrolls like Crazy and icant stop it. Annyone whit the same problem ?
And is there a fix for that ?
